This site exists to help create a custom Home Automation System using a combination of open source software and INSTEON hardware. This site will focus on three primary pieces that we will put together to build a complete Home Automation System; Linux, Insteon & MisterHouse.
We have found that there are plenty of experts in each of the three respective fields, but there is little or no documentation on how to put these three pieces together. We hope this site can become a place where individuals can gather to help each other out.
Our goal for this site is to write up documentation on how to work with each piece and how to bring all the pieces together.
